In the grounds, there are old thatched barns (The Tythe Cottages) and cottages, suitable for families with children, or for those who want to bring dogs (the coastal, 70-acre Priory Estate provides some spectacular walks).

We serve family style dishes – local fresh fish or piece of meat to share with a focus on organic and biodynamic wines, local beers, ciders and liquors. The Priory Oyster is open every day, for lunch and dinner.

We forage most of the ingredients ourselves on the Priory Bay estate (herbs, mushrooms, shellfish, and vegetables). The rest of the ingredients come from amazing little local farmers, fishermen and producers.
The menu focuses predominately on seafood, local game and woodland produces.
We also offer a wine tasting menu from undiscovered areas and artisan producers, with an option of pairing fruit and vegetable juices.
The Island Room is the perfect room for intimate private parties. Sitting from 12 – 50, chef will prepare a menu to thrill and excite you.
For those who want a little more physical activity there are tennis courts, the challenging six-hole golf course and diverse grasslands where one can forage for wild mushrooms and the occasional Penny Bun (ceps).
The Isle of Wight is also a world-renowned centre for watersports, boating and sailing, and at Priory Bay we offer guests the fantastic opportunity to charter a magnificent two-masted yacht: either for a little relaxing sightseeing by sea (with Champagne and picnic hamper) or for the more active — some fantastic sailing with a crew.
For those needing rest and relaxation we have a selection of in-room holistic beauty therapies and massage treatments.
Sit back and enjoy Priory Bay’s perfect fusion of coast and countryside — with its 70-acres of mature woodland, lawns, gardens and picturesque and private, sandy beach.
